I go off the thingamajig in the centre console. I've compared it to the actual fuel consumption by using the trip meter and litres at the pump and the two figures are always pretty similar.

I always refuel in Gladstone, and then put ~38l of fuel in at Gympie, which is ~370km south of Gladstone. If the computer's out, it wouldn't be by much (<0.5l/100km).

I currently have Maxxis MA-Z1 tyres which I think would be in a similar league to your Eagle F1s.

Before that, on the factory 17s, I ran Good year Excellence - a very 'all round' tyre. Again, the best fuel consumption I got with them was 9.3l/100km.
